I had a small issue with my Fox account and thought I’d be waiting a while, or at least longer than I wanted to. But support got back to me fast and walked me through it without making it a whole complicated thing. The person was friendly too — not just friendly, actually helpful — and it didn’t feel like some generic copy-paste reply. Everything was sorted out the same day, so I was happy with the experience...

My quick take: it’s a solid app for checking headlines, and the layout is actually good. But after using it for a bit, the bias jumps out more than I’d like. I still open it now and then, but I definitely read it with that in mind.

Fox.com has been solid for me overall. The streams are clear, clear enough that games and shows look good on my laptop, and they usually load fast. I did notice a couple little buffering moments during ads, but nothing that really bothered me. Giving it 4 stars because it works well, but it could still be a little smoother sometimes.

I’ll admit I’m a bit biased because I already tend to check fox.com first when something big is happening, but they’re usually really quick with updates. The breaking news alerts come through fast, and the articles seem to get refreshed as more details come out. It’s not perfect every single time, but when it comes to staying current, it’s been reliable for me.
